Our baby is taking shape!
We had our second ultrasound on July 2nd, and had our first glimpse of the baby with all of its limbs fully developed. Spam-nugget was approximately 10 ounces at the time, and 6 - 7 inches long. We were even able to see all 4 chambers of the heart. The ultrasound tech was able to tell the gender of lil' nugget, but we successfully resisted the urge to peek. (OK, one of us may have peeked, but he or she was unable to tell.)
Assuming our baby comes on time, we're at the halfway point of pregnancy! Ashley is feeling fine, and has updates each day on the various gyrations and flips our little gymnast does to pass the time. I've been able to feel it kick (or punch, possibly headbutt) a few times.
We're still not sure if Willow knows what she's in for, but she did kiss Ashley's belly last week.
